All Rossautopart.com orders normally process within 24 hours, then are currently shipped via USPS, with the option of Standard UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air shipping excluding Saturday or Sunday delivery. Please note that your order may come in multiple packages depending on stock availability and the size of your order.
Security of deliveries becomes the responsibility of the customer once the order reaches the addressed location as indicated in USPS Tracking. Neither USPS nor Ross Auto Electric is responsible to replace or refund product that is missing or stolen from the delivery location.

When you need to return part or all of your order to www.Rossautopart.com, you must obtain a Return Code RMA (Return Material Authorization) from our web site to insure proper processing and crediting.
Please follow these steps:
- Go to www.Rossautopart.com
- Click the “Login” link at the top of the page
- In the “Previous Orders & Returns” section, click on the order number you would like to return
- In the “Start Return Process” section, fill out the requested information and click the “GENERATE RETURN CODE” button
Once a RETURN CODE RMA document is generated, please print the form to use as your proof of purchase, and include it with your return. Returns sent without a RETURN CODE RMA will take much longer to verify and will delay the crediting process. It is highly recommended not to return product without a RMA. You are encouraged to complete your return within 30 days of obtaining a Return Code RMA. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.
For returns involving warranties or defects, products shipped in error, or products damaged in shipping, please send us an e-mail or Live Chat. Please be able to specify the order number for the product you wish to return and be able to provide a brief description of the nature of the problem with the product.
